Yahoo To Release Earnings Tonight

Later today, Yahoo will release its quarterly earnings report, and we will once again get an idea of how strong the legs are in the search industry.
Another great indicator? Google's earnings, of course, due Thursday.
According to TheStreet.com, analysts are predicting Yahoo will post earnings of $796.8 million, a gain per share of 11 cents. This is slightly lower than the fourth quarter numbers, but that is expected, since earnings would be higher during the holiday season.
Google is expected to post similar numbers.
